Allergist/Immunologist

We’re looking for full-time BC/BE physician to join our Allergy, Asthma & Immunology Department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for practicing evidence-based medicine treating patients of all ages. The department consists of four physicians and a physician assistant.
Position Details:
- Full-time (1.0 FTE)
- Flexible schedule (4-5 days/week) including 1 day telehealth
- Services provided at two locations in Vancouver (Columbia Tech Center and Gateway One)
- Diagnostic services include: skin testing, patch testing, office spirometry, food and drug challenges, aspirin desensitization (outpatient only)
- Therapies offered: subcutaneous immunotherapy, sublingual immunotherapy, biologics, IVIG infusions, SCIg
- Minimal Call shared among entire department
- Compensation is a Production model with upside-earning potential
- New clinicians have a 1-year guarantee of $341K (1.0 FTE). Current clinicians have an average salary between $355k-$361k (1.0 FTE).
- Up to $35,000 starting bonus
- Two-year partnership track position with a reasonable buy-in
