As Senior Manager in the newly established PMO (Project Management Office) in EU, you will take on a leading role in driving high-priority business projects from idea to execution. You will act as project leader on complex, cross-functional initiatives, supporting strategic decision-making and ensuring strong delivery across the portfolio. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence how projects are governed and executed while contributing directly to the organization's strategic ambitions.
YOUR TASKS
End-to-end project leadership: Own scope, timeline, budget, and quality for strategic projects; ensure delivery of agreed outcomes and measurable business impact.
Stakeholder & change management: Engage and align senior leaders and cross-functional teams; proactively manage expectations, risks, and decision points.
Planning, governance & reporting: Establish project plans, RAID logs, and governance routines; report status, risks, and benefits to sponsors and steering committees.
Analysis & recommendations: Build sound business cases and options analyses; translate complex findings into clear recommendations and executive-level narratives.
Communication & presentations: Prepare compelling PowerPoint decks and briefings; synthesize complex topics into concise updates for senior management.
YOUR PROFILE
Master's degree in business, Economics, Finance, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
4+ years in Pharma, consultancy, strategy, or project management roles; European multi-market experience preferred; pharma experience is a big plus but not required
Excellent stakeholder management skills who thrive in cross functional work environment
Strong analytical and presentation skills; advanced user in PowerPoint, Excel and preferably Think-Cell
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
The ideal candidate demonstrates high level of curiosity, combined with strong stakeholder management and strong communication skills. Can act as indirect leader managing complex projects.
