Join our rapidly growing institution as we expand our innovative Cancer Immunology and Metabolism Center of Excellence, a $30 million initiative co-directed by Drs. Christian Hinrichs and Eileen White. We are actively seeking qualified hematologists/oncologists at the Assistant or Associate Professor level for a clinical research position. Clinical focus is open with additional opportunities in Phase I development. Candidates interested in immunotherapy with a background in clinical and translational research, particularly in tumor immunology and cellular therapy, are encouraged to apply!
The Cancer Immunology and Metabolism Center of Excellence (COE) offers an exciting, collaborative research environment with attractive packages available for qualified candidates. Our world-class cellular therapy program is built on our existing strengths in cancer metabolism and immunological research in partnership with Princeton University. The program focuses on investigator-initiated and first-in-human cell therapy research, utilizing an on-site GMP Cell Manufacturing Facility and Immune Monitoring Center, along with other unique resources at Rutgers Cancer Institute.

Qualified candidates must have:
MD/DO
ABIM eligible/certified
Completed or in the process of completing a 3-year hematology/oncology fellowship
Have active/be eligible for NJ Medical License
The academic appointment will be within the Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and located in New Brunswick, NJ. Faculty members are expected to support the educational goals of the school, engaging in teaching activities for medical students and residents, as well as delivering targeted lectures in their area of expertise.
